PayEm is a Fintech startup, backed by the biggest venture capitalist firms in Israel & the US. Our product disrupts organizational finance by providing the first SaaS platform for both Procurement & Finance teams.

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound relations, account management, business development, or customer success (preference to FinTech experience and B2B integrations)
  • English as the mother tongue is a must
  • Understanding complex technology and being able to explain it simply
  • Strong relationship-builder, an initiator
  • Constructing strategic roadmaps with support from internal and external executives
  • A background in business development/sales
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Use data analytics tools (Excel, etc.) on a daily basis to identify opportunities to optimize partner performance
  • Team player, self-motivated
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Flexible working hours may be required due to timezone overlaps
  • Primary contact for business partners, responsible for managing ongoing communication and facilitating solutions for company and partnership needs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, developing value-based proposals to grow business and create opportunities for the sales organization
  • Monitoring and identifying up-sell and expansion opportunities with partners based on key account metrics
  • Building new programs and initiatives with partners, handling the entire process with stakeholders, and proactively increasing our value and revenue with partners
  • Communicate partner needs to relevant stakeholders
  • Create and implement long-term account plans, and hold QBR meetings (quarterly business review) with partners
  • Supporting the sales team in pre and post-sale stages
  • Be an expert in Payments & Procurement: Stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies, disruptors, and business models
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of go-to-market strategies and value propositions
  • Contacts in the ERP/Finance/AP/Procurement space are a plus
