What types of information we collect

We collect two types of information from you: Personal Information ("Personal Information") and non-Personal information. Personal Information means any information that may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means (for example, email address or name). Non-Personal Information, by contrast, can be defined as any information that does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person. This section sets out how and when we collect those types of information from you.

We may collect Personal Information related to you as follows:

  • Voluntary Information: We may collect information that you provide us voluntarily. For instance, when you communicate with us via the "Book a Demo" option and provide us with your name, phone, your company name, and email address.
  • Device Information: We may collect specific types of connection details and information with regard to your device, software or hardware that may identify you. Such information may include unique device identifiers (e.g. MAC address) and IP address.
  • Registration Information (KYC Information): as part of the onboarding process of our products, you will be asked to provide us certain details regarding your company's controlling officer and principals, and we may receive additional information about them from third parties. The information may include the following: full name, home address, zip code, Social Security Number or another personal identifier (e.g. passport number), date of birth, phone number and job title. We are required to collect and process this Personal Information under our Know Your Client (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) regulatory and contractual obligations.

Non-Personal Information collected by us may include, for example, your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device (e.g. the device you use, the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.). In addition, as part of the onboarding process of our products, you will be asked to provide non-Personal Information about your company, including its legal name, physical address, phone number, federal tax ID/EIN or company registration number, type of entity, type of ownership and country and date of incorporation.

Any non-Personal Information connected or linked to or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed and treated as Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage or association exists

The Company processes Personal Information as is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and to provide you with our Services, to protect our legitimate interests, and to comply with our legal obligations. In specific cases, we may also process your information based on your consent.
