What types of Personal Information we collect
We collect two types of Personal Information from you: Personal Information ("Personal Information" or "Personal Data") and non-Personal Information. Personal Information or Personal Data means any information that may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means (for example, email address or name). Non-Personal Information, by contrast, can be defined as any information that does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person. - Information provided through the Website: We may collect information that you provide us voluntarily. For instance, when you communicate with us via the "Book a Demo" option and provide us with your name, phone, your company name, and email address.
- Device Information: We may collect specific types of connection details and information with regard to your device, software or hardware that may identify you. Such information may include unique device identifiers and IP address. We also we automatically collect certain information through your use of our Website, such as cookie, pixels, tracking technologies and similar identifiers (“Technologies”). - Registration Information (KYC Information): as part of the onboarding process of our products, you will be asked to provide us certain details regarding your company's controlling officer and principals, and we may receive additional information about them from third parties. The information may include the following: full name, home address, zip code, Social Security Number or another personal identifier (e.g. passport number), date of birth, phone number and job title. We are required to collect and process this Personal Information under our Know Your Client (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Information from other sources: we also obtain information about you from other sources, including publicly - or commercially- available information, and through third-party data platforms, partners and service providers.
- Information you provide to us in person. For example, when you visit one of our exhibition booths or attend one of our events, provide us with your contact details.
Information we collect from online interactions. For example, if you contact us via social media or otherwise interact with our business, including as a representative of a current / prospective customer, supplier or partner, we track and make a record of those interactions, which may contain your contact details, such as full name, email address, messages and any other information that you decide to provide us with.
Legal basis
The lawful bases we rely on for processing personal information are (if and when applicable):
a. The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data;
b. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
c. Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject; and/or
d. Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest.
INTERACTION WITH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS
We enable you to interact with third party websites, mobile software applications and products or services that are not owned, or controlled, by us (each, a “Third Party Service”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Third Party Services. Please be aware that Third Party Services can collect information from you. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS APPLICABLE UNDER CALIFORNIA PRIVACY LAW
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.
Minors
The Services are not designated to individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you should not use the Services or provide any Personal Information to us in any other manner.We reserve the right to access and verify any Personal Information that is collected from you by us. International transfer

For how long we retain the information
We retain the information that we collect from our Users for as long as we are providing the Services to the applicable customer. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we may keep records containing Users' Personal Information, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.
