PayEm is a Fintech startup, backed by the biggest venture capitalist firms in Israel & the US. Our product disrupts organizational finance by providing the first SaaS platform for both Procurement & Finance teams.

We are looking for an amazing storyteller and messaging-oriented Product Marketer to join our super-fast growing mighty team that’s working hard & moving fast.

You will work cross-functionally to strategize and develop effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features, benefits and the entire PayEm story, show value to our customers and prospects, and ultimately help boost our growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with 3+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Self starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Stand out verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly cross-functional, with the ability to partner with different teams across the company
  • English native speaker - a MUST
  • Previous startup experience - a strong advantage
  • You have a BA or BS degree, MBA a plus

About the role:

  • Understand the product and the user’s intent and apply it to your content
  • Write stories that are inspired by our product, craft exceptional messaging and statements, deliver high performance decks and materials for our field
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including buyer personas, key use cases and customer needs
  • Understand our users–why they use our product, where the product fails them and how to talk to them in a voice they understand
  • Write compelling copy for different collateral types and audiences
  • Analyze sales data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales most likely using marketing and sale techniques
  • Manage inbound communication with users across multiple channels, taking the lead on the copy of email marketing, landing pages,product banners, education materials, and more
  • Collaborate well with different teams and stakeholders
