We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with experience in B2B. An individual who is analytical and data-driven in their decision-making process and is well versed in paid acquisition best practices and marketing techstack. In this pivotal role for the company, you will have responsibility for developing, delivering and reporting on our entire program of paid channels.


  • 1+ years in performance/digital marketing roles in B2B organizations
  • Experience with managing SEM/PPC and paid social campaigns among other analytical tools and platforms necessary for effective performance
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of performance marketing strategies, tactics, and tools
  • Proven ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. website, social media, SEM)
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
  • Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)


  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience/knowledge with intent data programs (G2 Crowd, Zoominfo, Crunchbase)


  • Own the strategy, execution, and tracking of paid channels (e.g., SEM, social, remarketing, display) to drive marketing performance in line with budget and ROI
  • Manage vendors to provide support, launch and optimize campaigns, allocate internal and external resources to achieve goals and ROI targets
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance and maintain reporting on campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to ensure brand-aligned messaging, improve lead quality, and drive customer acquisition, conversion, and awareness
  • Continually improve and innovate based on performance and offer wider ranging ideas for inbound growth
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Search Marketing guidelines and regulations for major search engines
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
