User Acquisition Manager

PayEm is a promising Fintech startup, backed by the biggest venture capitalist in Israel & the US. Our product disrupts organizational finance by providing the first SaaS for both Procurement & Finance teams.

We’re looking for a motivated and agile User Acquisition Manager to join our world class Rev Marketing team. In this role, you’ll execute strategy, development, and execution for ongoing growth tactics and campaigns that lead to exponential growth. You’ll be working closely with the CS, product and sales teams helping us promote PayEm. This role is focused on driving revenue generating leads across paid/free channels along with building nurture campaigns, every step of the funnel.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hands-on experience with Google ads, Linkedin ads, Bing, Facebook is a must - Large scale budget is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 year of growth marketing or demand generation experience preferred B2B and/or fintech experience is a plus
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, superb project management skills, and ability to multitask are foundational to how you work

  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders

  • Experience/knowledge with intent data programs (G2 Crowd, Zoominfo, Crunchbase)

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Design, manage, implement, and execute user acquisition strategies
  • Perform day-to-day integrated marketing campaign support including campaign setup, audience creation, copy creation and editing, email set-up, and reporting on campaign KPIs
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns constantly to maximize revenue
  • Coordinate and collaborate extensively with various stakeholders throughout the campaign process
  • Leverage a creative and analytical mindset to define and run growth experiments across our acquisition channels, partnerships, and website to increase conversion and traffic
  • Respond quickly to changes in online marketing and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities
  • Perform A|B testing of new ads, creatives, and platforms
